HEAVY COMPOSITE MANHOLES (C250) 25 TONS

Vulkan composite hatches

DESCRIPTION AND APPLICATION
Hatches made of composite materials successfully replace their cast iron counterparts and are installed on storm sewer wells, gas pipelines, engineering networks, domestic sewage systems, access to electricity and telephone lines, tanks. Visually, they have retained the appearance and color of cast iron, but have become lighter and more functional. In addition, such products are not of interest to metal hunters, so the likelihood of theft is minimized. Such hatches are made of a mixture of polymer composites by hot pressing. Products are used almost everywhere, even in places with high traffic and the possibility of passing heavy vehicles.
ADVANTAGES OF COMPOSITE MANHOLES
- High quality production compared to competitive offers.
- Low weight compared to the load class.
- No complaints or claims from customers.
- Wide range of colors.
- The square shape allows it to fit into the relief of the paving slabs and does not highlight the hatch against the general background of the pavement.
- Maintains high load.
- High abrasion resistance and retention of the defined shape of the manhole cover.
- Does not collapse under the influence of ultraviolet radiation.
- Resistance to temperature fluctuations, especially in winter, does not crack.
- No problems with appearance over time, clear geometry.
- Protection against vandalism and theft – no possibility of reuse ensures long service life.
- Low weight – minimal transportation and installation costs.
- Long service life of over 20 years without destruction.
- It does not rattle or knock when you drive over it, unlike cast iron.
- Low level of thermal conductivity.
